My room was not ready at 4 pm due to housekeeping issues. The front desk informed me that a call would be made once the room was ready, but that did not happen. My 77-year-old mother and I had been traveling all day. When I arrived back self-directed at 730pm, I was given breakfast credits to compensate for my room not being ready. The next day, when I arrived for breakfast, a sign stated the breakfast was valued at $29.00. Instant eggs are not a $29 value, with thin, broken bacon and horrible sausage.

I want to say that the staff members are great, they are friendly and helpful. I was pretty sad that no continental breakfast was offer. I miss the days here hotels offer you a free breakfast. I get he whole inflation thing but sad they don’t offer that small thing that makes a big difference. Even the coffee in the room was sad. We need more creamer. There was only 2 . It’s just the little things for me
