Good Room for the price
The location is great! We were able to walk to many activities as well as food/coffee/metro. Pool is unheated, but my kids still had fun. The area around the hotel is noisy, and we could hear homeless people shouting quite a bit. You have to request for your room to be cleaned. Breakfast is so-so. The waffle man is eager to make you a waffle, but our waffles as well as the next table over’s waffles were under cooked. For the price, it is a decent hotel in a good location with easy walking to boulevard of the stars and the metro. We took the metro one stop to Universal Studios.
The site says breakfast included,but it doesn’t have.
They had good breakfast, but it took over 2 hours to get someone to fix our tv and the rooms are not at all sound resistant to the street noise. It was so loud it was hard to sleep. They need better doors and windows to lessen all the street noise.

Good location to Hollywood blvd although lot of sketchy homeless people around. Very comfortable bed. Open air pool design meant rain got hallways and stairs outside the room wet and slippery. No housekeeping or garbage collection for 3 days so always had to request clean towels
Front desk staff very helpful. Area seems a little run down but the hotel is very safe - locked parking and no room access unless you are a guest. It was an AWESOME location for Hollywood and we were able to walk up a few blocks and see the stars on the walk of fame, walk to the Hollywood Harley store, Hollywood Hard Rock, TLC Chinese Theater. So easy and we had so much fun.

The only good thing this hotel has to offer is the free parking and the great location. Its walking distance to every thing. But theres no water pressure at all. The bottom of the pool is stained and unpleasant. The owners of the hotel also live in the hotel, so you'll see them frequently. The door locks suck too.
Staff is so friendly! I love the interior of the room as well. Bed is super comfy. I would stay here again in heartbeat. Two blocks from walk of fame as well.
Loved that it was close to the Blvd. I felt that the rooms could have been cleaner. With the wood flooring I thought it would be cleaner but could feel the dirt on my feet. Could not go to bathroom without shoes on in middle of night. Bedding was Very Clean.
So close to the „heart „ of Hollywood! And parking was very important as there is difficult to find a spot there ...
