Great location. It has floral smell that is way too strong on the hallways. I wanted to take a bath but water is not hot enough. Overall it's ok but I am not impressed.

The staff are outstanding and do everything to be of assistance. They are an asset. Checkin was easy, porters were wonderful and the courtesy shuttle a great service. Bar and wait staff very friendly. Would I stay here again? YES! If you are hesitant, please don’t be…. Stay here.
The staff here was incredibly kind and helpful. If you were in the lobby, there was someone there to help give you tourist options or to help you find the best transportation. Clean, upscale, and top notch.
Room comfort and cleanliness is excellent. Cost of parking and amenities fee was too high.

This is an overdue review for a stay in April 2022. The hotel itself is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay for the most part. Unfortunately, I slipped in the bathtub and bumped my head on the last day and had to go the emergency room. It took about 3 months to recover from the concussion, bad headaches, and fatigue. It is disappointing that management did not follow up to check on me after the accident.
