The couch needs to be cleaned.
Maid walked into room unannounced didn't knock. Bathroom was old and out dated windows on outside of building were filthy. Noisy in the hallways starting at 5 am.
The staff was nice, but what i didn't like was finding out they put a $200 hold per night on your card.
Waited almost ten minutes for an elevator
Room/Hall did not have a pleasant scent. The rug had a bad wet smell… moldy
