We got a room with a beach view it was very pretty. Not expensive in my opinion. The hotel is very clean, in a great location, lots of amenities.
Everything is excellent
The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. I loved the bar in the lobby. The room was great but the only thing I didn't like is that it's not sound proof. You can hear the cars in the street and the people in the pool even though I was in the 14th floor. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. I would recommend just eat somewhere else.

The rooms were dirty, stained, and smelled. Definitely not hyatt regency standard whasoever. Decided to leave and not even stay a night there i felt so grossed out.
The check-in and out staff was friendly and there wasn't much of a wait. Would stay there again if in the area.
