I love this hotel with a beautiful rooftop pool, simple and sleek rooms, and excellent service.

I like the room

The stay could have been a better experience, the location is great, staff is friendly and the room design is fun. Some feedback would be to have more staff for valet, provide earplugs/ and or noise machine in advance for rooms overlooking pool or located near the club. Our thermostat may have been broken because the room never went below 74. It's also unfortunate that there is a mini fridge in the room but because of the 2 re-organizing and removal fees, we were discouraged to use it.

Horrible valet service broken furniture

The view was amazing. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was low and the temperature was inconsistent.

the hotel needs a facelift. it looks worn down and dingy and the bar area needs new furniture. however every staff person i dealt with my warm and friendly and very accommodating. if they fixed up the place it would be the perfect location to stay with proximity to all the places we wanted to go.

noisy, unclean, expensive... not worth to stay.

Location was great, view was very nice and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Gym equipment was missing cables, only one bench. Valet parking fee for even guests who were staying was little bit overprice in my opinion. $53 per night.

The hotel is cute my major issue was the noise level! The hotel has been remodeled but has the original windows - which you hear everything from cars to crazy homeless people flighting on the streets at 3am! Also after checking in and checking out - there's a Resort Fee of additional $20 per day that I was unaware of... Think twice about renting a car valet is $50 per day! I will don't be staying at The Line again.
