Everything was great and customer service was exceptional! The only thing I would improve is the pool area. Towels were very skimpy and it would have been nice to be able to get drinks and appetizers by the pool.
Nice property, nice amenities, great location. However, they should either provide maid service or explain that they are not doing so. I had to ask twice to have my towels replenished, coffee pods refilled, trash taken out, bed made.
Proximity to the ocean is great
The location was great and the property was clean. No amenities, it would have been great to have breakfast or even a shuttle for the rate.

The location is prime! Within walking distance of Redondo Beach and Hermosa beach! You are definitely paying for the location though because there are very little amenities within the hotel. You pay for parking, any food you pay for is okay at best, one microwave in the entire hotel and ur bed sheets didn’t even fit the bed properly. Everyone is very friendly though and you can’t beat the location!

Everything was nice. The pool was enjoyable along with the views.
Everything was perfect! Clean, well appointed room with a great view of the harbor and sunsets from our patio. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beds & pillows were so comfortable we wanted to bring them home! Room service one morning for breakfast and everything was delicious! Some things were closed due to Covid-19, but the pool was open & we had it all to ourselves on two different days! We will definitely be staying here again!!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and it’s across the street from the beach. I only gave a low rating since the restaurant, gym, and most of the amenities were closed due to Covid. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would go back.

Great location. Was told parking was waived for healthcare workers, but not the case and was charged. Other than that, nice stay.
