The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was very easy. They had a decent breakfast buffet as well. I have to recognize our valet Juan for his efficiency and professionalism. He knew we were in a rush and retrieved our car quickly despite the morning traffic.

The air conditioning on the room was set to a one temperature, can’t change the settings on the thermostat, we requested a fan because the cooling wasn’t enough for 6 people on the room but never showed up and the house keeping people never did a single day clean in our room, we have to ask for towels a couple times and pick them up our selfs, very terrible service by the administration.

Dirty rooms. Stains on the bed sheets, covers, couches, carpets, and walls. -Food from previous tenants was embedded in the carpet. -Several items in the room were broken or cracked by previous tenant -Hair was found in between the sheets (gross). -Shower doors failed to close completely resulting in wet floors. We realized the very heavy glass door wasn't even on its track. We resolved this issue ourselves out of fear of being assigned an even dirtier room... -Paid for a king-size bed, got a queen. -The hotel supplied a pack & play for our newborn and itwas broken. The replacement had to be thoroughly cleaned of stains by us before it could be used. -Parking: The only option for secured overnight parking was the $30 (before tip) valet parking garage across the street. NOTE: The $30 (before tip) surcharge is applicable only once within a 24hr period and only if the vehicle is requested. The vehicle pick up & drop-off area is located at the hotel entrance of the hotel & is one car lane. Coincidentally this is where you load/unload your vehicle. This drive-through method caused traffic jams. -We were charged $30 for our vehicle upon check out. To date, this issue has yet to be resolved, as we're still waiting on a refund even though a supervisor has been contacted on two separate occasions now. -Unwelcome staff: requested no room service & got it anyway but room still left dirty. Next day we hung Do not disturb sign & they entered anyway. No safe to secure valuables.

I would not stay here again - air conditioning did not work - very humid in the room - terrible nights sleep - also you get charged $25 for valet parking or you can self park for $15 down a dark unsafe alley. That was not disclosed when booking the room. Find somewhere else to stay - you’ll be happier

The place is quite new. It's in a good convenient location, closed by Americana Mall. It's clean. The breakfast is delicious. We had a good time.

My family from North Carolina came into town for vacation for one week to spend with me. The hotel was beautiful, but the service was terrible and horrible. My Mom wrote a two page letter, and the below bullets outline she, my aunt, and cousin's experiences: 1. They did not have maid service for four days. When they inquired about this, they were given three different answers (you will get service on Wednesday, then told for Friday, then told for Saturday). The people my family spoke to told them varying responses. 2. When asking for towels (4 face cloths, 4 hand towels, and 4 bath towels), they received 4 bath mats and 4 bath towels, but did not receive face cloths or hand towels. 3. To receive towels, they had to make two phone calls and two trips to the reception area. 4. They had to "catch" the maid in the hallway to get toilet tissue and trash bags. 5. They did not receive face tissue or water cups or change of bags for the water bucket. 6. They felt like they had to be the maid during their stay. They scrubbed the bathtub and sinks using their body wash because they did not have any cleaning supplies. 7. The shade in their room was broken. Maintenance did repair it. 8. This is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, yet they smelled marijuana on their floor (the 10th floor). 9. Poor communication! 10. They had to hand hold the stopper in the tub to let water out. My family had a horrendous experience and management was NO help!
