The employees were very kind and helpful except for a woman named Maria who worked at the front desk. She was very grumpy and unpleasant. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Everything was fine. The room was clean and large and we took advantage of the shuttle to and from BUR which is a great reason to use this hotel. The only issue was that we were assigned a room with a door connecting to the adjacent room. The hotel did not appear to be busy, yet there were people also in that room and the TV and general room noise were bothersome. I think the sound traveled under the door.
The staff at the hotel was very friendly, however the cleanliness of the room as not up to standard. The most disturbing was finishing a cockroach in the bathroom crawling on the tub.
Front desk was extremely nice , hotel was nice and quiet , and my cold brew was tasty
The only complaint I have is that the sauna is turned off , when you want to use it, the wait time is 20 min to mildly warm up. I suggest keep it in so it’s toasty how it’s suppose to be
Location was OK being close to Burbank Mall. Not having a formal restaurant was a problem. The first night we could not sleep as the thermostat was broken, blowing cold air. Also, the toilet seat in the bathroom was leaking. The next two days they changed our room, so it was OK.
