The staff are first class. Casual but attentive and tuned in to guests needs. Rooms are generous in size and well decorated without forgetting function over form.

Don’t rent a car. Parking is expensive. No need for one. Good restaurants in walking distance. Restaurant in hotel is overpriced. Good views. Convenient to everything on the strip.

I love this hotel. Unfortunately, the hot water didn’t immediately go on when I showered. Room was nice and mini-bar was great too Staff is always lovely and fast. The area is just not as glamorous as it used to be, LA in general has not fully recovered from the pandemic- lots of empty stores and streets are dull and not spruced up or busy like they used to be. Pool area is great, though!!

The hotel was a nice one. The room was small, but chic. However, this hotel is not worth the price. For the cost of this hotel the expectation is a very pleasant stay. There is no restaurant inside. There are certainly options within walking distance and food can be delivered, but after a long day out and about room service would have been helpful. The noise is the real issue though. The Skybar's music was so loud that I could not sleep, even with my white noise turned all the way up and with ear plugs in. The temperature in the room isnt actually adjustable. You can certainly change it via the thermostat, but nothing happens. This is my 5th trip to Los Angeles and the first time my hotel has been outside of comfortable. For this cost, this hotel does not maoe sense.

This is a hip hotel and tends to be a bit loud at night, but it is very close to the Comedy Store and is totally worth staying at if you're interested in watching a show! Room was very comfortable and we had a nice view from our windows. I also liked the artwork in the entryway.

I like the view from the pool area, staff were amazing especially accommodating for my child you has food allergies, the floor boards in the room was an amazing attraction to me and the ambiance Of the room was a wow. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed ☹️ in cleanliness. It was very dusty, toilet 🚽 wasn’t cleaned, there were times we had no towels, no shower gel nor coffee pods or paper cup in our room and the fridge & coffee machine was working.

Thank you for staying us. i am so sorry to hear about the hot water. No one LIKES a cold shower. I will have engineering take a look. We are slowly bouncing back from the pandemic as a city as well as a hotel. Our restaurant is opening very soon, so that's a step in the right direction. Hope to have you with us again soon.
