You get what you pay for. The place is being remodeled so looks like a construction zone. Staff is friendly and they have 24/7 security so it feels safe. I stayed here as I was attending a game at Dodger stadium and it was the cheapest/closest option, so mostly just used as a crash pad. Very close to Union station which is nice.
It is a good inexpensive hotel close to Union Station and not far from downtown. The place is a bit worn out but clean. My room was rather large and quiet, exceptvfor the noise ofvair conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, my stay was good.
Remodeling was nice where completed. Need to finish the rest. Security was good.
Very average property in a scary neighborhood but only 5 minute walk From Union Station with reasonable rates so I would stay again if using the train
It is very close to union station.
I like the staff but not the property, carpet at the hallway are not pleasant, old but clean. I like the bedroom and bath room, spacious and clean.. We are at rm 342.
Great service, clean room.
Like: Closest hotel to Union Station whenever I have to stay overnight to change trains in LA. Did not like: Front desk clerk taking my driver's license into another room to xerox as he could have been scanning it for some crook overseas. That's always been a serious worry to me whenever I stay there.
Could use a carpet cleaning in halls
Very close to Union Station
Good location to the Dodgers game shuttle.
Getting run down.
Location, location, location. Easy access to the Metro/buses. No car needed. Great eating, especially near Chinatown. Did a lot of walking in different parts of LA. Will be back next year.
Nice. Handy to Union Station. We appreciated the breakfast.
El desayuno podría incluir algo de comida salada también. Muchas gracias.
Property was worn and a bit dirty looking. It’s ok if you’re looking for a cheap hotel to sleep for a couple of nights. Location was not great and forget about the amenities. My ironing board was terrible and they had one iron you could borrow from the front desk (which leaked water). Overall, ok if you just want a quick cheap stay.
I love everything! this property is close to many fun places .
