Room smelled arrived at 2am was charged an early check in fee was put in a room that smelled like smoke and dirty carpet bathroom door was broke wouldn't close. Went down in the morning let them know they put me in a different room that still smelled like dirty carpet. I went to put the chain lock on and the whole siding of the wall came off.would never stay here again rooms and whole hotel does not look like their pictures
Awful hotel .. a motel priced like a 4 star hotel

Construction next door woke us up at 7am
Rooms aren’t as shown shower heads were clogged from lime and rusty beds and pillows are too hard not comforting nor welcoming lobby was great but the rest could be improved

It was great. Room was a bit untidy. Floors were dirty room was dusty. I wish the Pool which was clean and sparkling was able to be uused but wasn't unfortunately.
They wouldn't let my husband check in to the room even tho i called them to tell them know that i would be arriving on a late flight and the room had all ready been paid for. They gave us a less quality room than what i had reserved. On the orbit site it said that there was free breakfast but it was only free for two guess when we reserved for 4 people. Even tho i reserved for 4 people everything in the room was for 2 people example toiletries. We checked out two days before because of the corona virus i tried so many time to call orbit to cancel and after holding for over 30min it would just hang up on me.
Hotel doesn’t clean good, and swelled .It was no good time to leaved here .
very close to highway and airport. Big rooms with refrigerators and microwaves. All you really need for a couple nights
