screaming people protesting in the lobby, horrible front desk staff that did not know what was going on. “Head” concierge promised to give us better rooms and when it came time to check in, he did not deliver on his promise. Dirty disgusting pillows that had smears of dirt on it, when asked to replace the pillows it took over 45 minutes and front desk staff kept promising that someone was on the way. Horrible experience

We had a very nice stay in this hotel with our family. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The lobby was very inviting, and the bath products were great .The only thing is that it doesn’t make sense for the room with two double beds to be offered to four people. If it’s not too queens, it really doesn’t work.
