This property was very beautiful and clean in my opinion. I stayed solo. The room was clean and spacious. I had the view of the swim pool area. I love the property. Once you figure your way around you will know where everything is. The beach is beautiful that was the best part for me. The food was good buffet and at the restaurant. I ordered room service once and the food came early than expected. Check in and check out process was a breeze. I would recommend this resort to anyone for a relaxing vacation. I def felt safe at night as well. The hospitality was excellent. Thank you everyone at the property as well.

We loved the grand sunset princess and I want to come back!! So clean, constantly cleaning, scrubbing walkways and pool areas. The staff were so kind, spa was amazing we got some awesome massages and the free hour of hydrotherapy with a massage was a lovely compliment. The beach was nice, plenty of room. Plenty of beach chairs by the pools and beach. I saw some negative reviews before I came here and honestly those people were just looking for something to complain about. The food by the pool was awesome, we ate tacos poolside every day lol. Large property lots to walk but there were so many statues and animals to look at the walks were one of my favorite parts. They had little shuttles and bus stops if it’s too much so it’s very accessible and inclusive. Poolside bars were amazing, if you find Arron you are in for a treat he is the best and makes the best drinks, give him an extra couple bucks if you’ve read this review !!! The staff were all so kind and silly too they were joking around and making us all smile every day. They had some entertainment but honestly it was catered more to families and small children. It would be a bit better if they made some adjustments to entertainment and did some extra stuff for adults but it was fine. There was a disco every night that opened at 10:30-1am and a sports bar which stayed open way passed that. The sports bar has late night snacks if you get hungry! I liked the facility overall however what I didn’t like was not enough elevators for someone like me being disabled and trouble walking up steps. There is a lot of walking and then maybe one elevator in middle of building then still you still have long walk to your room. They need to update the facility with elevators at the end and entrance to each building plus keep the one in the middle. I was in building 3 so I imagine all the units are the same.
Very large property. Lots of dining options and evening entertainment. Places to relax during the day besides the beach.

American people complain way too much. Before traveling to this resort I got overwhelmed by the reviews stating the lack of staff at the hotel, and other ridiculous opinions. The food was not bad at all, you get what you pay for, and this hotel is pretty affordable, you have to consider the amount of money you’re paying for so much. Staff everywhere at the hotel, yes it is a huge resort but I’m pretty sure if it was small people would complain as well. Not easy to make everyone happy. In conclusion, it is a great hotel, very nice staff, clean and nice rooms. We had a great relaxing time.

Overall very below average resort. The rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. There were multiple broken fixtures and the level of cleanliness was lacking. Which speaks to the real problem at this resort. I have been to several all inclusive resorts and the staff are always very friendly and happy to assist. This resort the staff are clearly very unhappy and it shows in their work. Customer service is down right non existent.
Shows are not well organized, poor quality, theater is too small for public, buffets are too small for number of people staying, beach area is too small, not enough chairs, water is too shallow

The property was overall nice and decent looking. As a mom traveling with two kids: Upon arrival (1AM) I was told that I can order food to go to my room, I ordered at sports bar and was told I can't take food out, so my mom didn't get to eat as she stayed in the room. No elevator available as per staff and on my last day found out there is 1 elevator but mainly occupied by staff. I brought my stroller up and down the stairs (3rd flood) the whole time. Monkeys, Coates, lizards and deers around the property. Food was okay, wish there was more authentic Mexican traditional food. I think they also need more staffing, as when we would dine, waitress are limited.
Properly is ok. Costumer’s service very bad. Food not good management is worse management I aver see in my life. I will never going back and not recommend to go there and spend money.
booking restaurants is a complete mess. buffet food has very few varieties of food. worst from any of resorts I've been to. check in process is long and nothing is being explained to you about the resort, no information about amenities or anything.
We liked how the property was situated, the rooms were awesome very big . property was very clean. the wild life was nice to see. However if you can make reservations before checking in for a restaurant especially MISO you should. We checked in in the morning and were told they were all booked, but if you go in person they will try to accommodate you NOT, we did and were told give me 15 minutes well that turned into 1.5 hours of waiting and still no acknowledgment so to the buffet we went. The buffet was picked over empty food trays very messy very displeasing, Again with MISO the second night just for a regular table for sushi we were met with do you have a reservation, "mine you alot of empty tables "I replied no the answer received sorry kitchen closed . people were still being sat at this time. complaint to manager on duty at front desk was not handled very professional. all in all resort is beautiful however the food and drinks were low quality. If your not with family or children I recommend upgrading to the Yucatan side of the resort its quieter and you still haves of the whole resort to use. there were a lot of children.
It was a very clean and beautifully maintained property. The room was nice, but it smelled a bit musty. The only complaint we had was dining options. Yes, there are a ton of restaurants, however everything besides the buffet was always "booked" (even though a ton of empty tables). Amazingly enough they could find space if you bought a bottle of wine starting at $70usd. And depending on size of party for dinner, some had to be over $100 bottle. There should also be coffee options in room or around in the am for those of us that dont wish to start our mornings with booze. Overall great experience and would go again!!!

It’s nice and clean resort, the beach is nice but you have to booked your reservation 72 hours in advance for the fine dining restaurant… the security guards and front desk’s staffs are not very friendly… the old man at beach that is scheduling the kayaking activities is rude…do your research before going, cuz for the free activities they don’t give right info… I feel like they are trained too do that… ( the restaurants , bar, cafe staffs are very nice)
