Excellent service. Aaron was one of the staff ambassadors and was simply amazing. It was very clean and relaxing. I wish there were more dining options as the food was a 6/10. Other than that I would recommend and will return again next year.

We loved the quietness and small property. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The pools were great, but could have been a bit cleaner. Food was okay. Got sick one day after eating breakfast so something didn’t agree with me. The beach had too much seaweed in the water so we didn’t go in much.
Area arriving to property is a little scary especially because they took a while to open the gate. At check in they did not tell us our room clearly and teach us how to make reservations nor was our store points activated. Make sure they you ask about wifi right away beacuse you get no service on property. After we were able to settle all of our concerns. Everything went smooth. The hospitality of the hotel was awesome!
Overall, it’s a good all inclusive resort for anyone who likes to just chill and stay within the resort. Wifi: The guest would have to install the “Margaritaville” app, before you can connect to their wifi. It’s not like they’ll give you the password right away. Staff: The staff were amazing; Tamara, Antonio, and Ernesto (Life Guard) to name a few. Good: Breakfast food is the same every day. For dinner, you get to enjoy variety of cuisine, Italian, Latino, etc, as long as you remember you reserve. The Taco place offers really good tacos and churro. And yes, they have a smoothie bar, you can blend your own smoothie by pedaling the stationary bike (it’s cool concept). Room: The only negative thing about this hotel is the room service. The day that we arrived, the phone inside our room has no service and for some reason the sink smells like septic tank, to which we report to the front desk every day (they write down the issue but doesn’t f/u right away). They fixed the phone after a few days, but they never told us as to why the sink smells so bad (and no it was not fixed at all).
Amazing hotel experience. Highly recommend it; is a cozy size hotel that you can get to know in 3 days. They pay attention to detail from the decoration/design to the gastronomy at the Latino restaurant. It was the right rest and relaxation needed after a hectic airport transfer. The staff is remarkable in every way; kudos to them and the entire organization.

Everything was great. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. It was very clean. Love the 24hr room service. It was something to do every night. Overall a 10 out of 10.
The staff and quality of service was unmatched. Our rooms were spotless, the food was amazing, the staff made us feel like we were the only people at the resort - they remembered EVERY DETAIL about our stay and and made each moment so personal. I have been to quite a few resorts in my lifetime and Margaritaville is without question, by far, THE BEST!
amazing property and amazing staff ! little seaweed issue at this time of the year on the beach. i would not recommend taking their membership presentation as the manager was quite unpleasant with an arrogant attitude.
