Manolo in the fitness center was a huge help to my husband. Showed him some PT exercises to strengthen his shoulder. Was always helpful and friendly. That is what makes or breaks it for my husband. He had a fabulous trip! The grounds are always gorgeous and the staff always friendly and helpful. Meal choices were very good. The lobby bar made my iced coffee just the way I liked it.
The property is very unique with a natural and tropical feel. the service and staff are super friendly and always willing to help. food was fresh with lots of options .
Property was well kept but rooms were small and had a lot of wear. The staff was great! Rooms were not condusive for 3 people as the beds were double beds and uncomfortable. The food was fantastic!

As a couple whose travels range from aggressive extended backpacking to standard hotels, foreign and domestic we were quite impressed with Iberostar. Very clean, especially for a tropical climate, with polite staff consistently good quality dining and service. Iberostar Cozumel had all the necessary amenities and more. We deeply value the eco-friendly efforts which pose no major inconvenience to any reasonable traveler. If you're looking for a quiet place not crawling with screaming children or drunk party-goers close to beautiful wildlife, with lovely botanicals, this is the place for you on the island. We will absolutely return. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay.
This is our third stay and it’s been several years since our last visit. Rooms had been remodeled some. Loved the double cuisinart coffee pot in the room. Could make my hubs and I a cup of coffee at the same time. Fridge with soda and beer in room. Shower had really hot water. Room serviced everyday with fresh towels and bed made. Fridge stocked. Grounds were beautiful with flowers and plants. Taxi easily accessible. The food at all restaurants was delicious. Dive shop on property so we left right from the dock. Four convenient dive times. Only suggestion is there aren’t enough lounges on the beach for as many people that were at the beach. A good portion of the lounges were broken as well. Need more huts to provide shade. This is my only thing I think the resort could do better. The pool was huge and very clean. Also quiet at night. Very peaceful sleep. We most definitely wil come back
Very nice resort with lots of things to do and staff was very friendly and attentive. The resort is also very clean and well-tended. Food was very good as well. Overall a nice place to stay.

My wife and I have stayed at the resort five or six times in the past. Last week our son had his wedding at the resort. All 50 guests said that they had a wonderful time. Several of them said they’re coming back for personal vacations.

The property is beautiful. I loved the relaxed nature of the whole resort and that we didn't have to dress up for dinner and could do things at our own pace. I did not like that the bars (except for the lobby) closed at 6 p.m. and that the pool closed at 7 p.m.
Had a good time. Restaurant staffs are good but they seem to profile customers based on propensity of tips.. your service will somewhat depend on tgeir perception of how much tip yoi will give. But tge hotel itself is very nice and has a very nice entertainment staff who provides high quality programs at night, best I can seen around cancun region.
