The property is gorgeous! Water features are everywhere, which creates a serene environment. The staff is hardworking and very welcoming. The food and drinks are delicious. We would definitely come back!

Great overall resort. A few unpleasant situations. First night there, while in the hot tub on the balcony a random woman opened the door and peaked in our room at 9pm at night! When she noticed we were in there she shut the door. We didn’t order any room service or house cleaning nothing! Very strange. The Last night there, the cabinet on the outside of our room to get access to unwanted food and trash was left open to where anyone can jump thru and have access to our room. Coincidence?? Whew. Just very strange.
Just got back from our trip. Stayed for six incredible days. First time staying in Costa Mujeres, we normally stay in Cancun. It took about 35 minutes from the airport. The beach was beautiful. No seaweed to be found. You can see Isla Mujeres from the beach. The property was so stunning and so clean. Food was good. We don’t really come for the food. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are having fun and enjoying their vacation. We had the best time and we would most definitely go back. Shout out to Carolina, Gabriela and Seby. GREAT job to everyone who works here!
When we arrived, we were told the room we booked was not available at the time, and will be available the next day due to some construction issue (damaged pipe). We were downgraded to a different room, and when we got to the room, someone was already in there. We had to go back to the front desk to get this fixed. The check in process took almost 2 hours. There were poor communication in this establishment. We were offered complimentary massage for this inconvenience. We asked our butler/ staff regarding the offered massage, he appears unaware about the details on this. We handled this ourselves the next day, but the front desk also seems unsure about the details of this. Which is wierd, when the check in/ recieving desk mentions this will be noted on our account. No one also communiacted regarding the logistics about transfering to the new room if it becomes available. Like how our belongings will be transferred, when will we move etc. When we inquired at the front desk, the next day, the response was the room will be cleared and cleaned once the client has checked out. (not same story as damaged pipe). When we were checking out, we were told there was a balance on our account for the massage. Again, no communication from their team.
I had a great time with my family at Majestic. My children loved the hibachi restaurant and the beach. The shows at night were amazing, especially the News Eve party. We had a great experience and I highly recommend this resort.

Lo escogimos de nuevo confiando en que todavia mantuviera su glamour y todo lo bueno que va con el y asi fue, no nos defraudo, fue aún mejor la experiencia. Nos hicieron un upgrade al club y la verdad el trato de los empleados y la instalacion, habitacion, comida, recreación fue inolvidable. Seguro vamos a volver muchas veces mas, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres se ha ganado estos clientes.
We had an excellent stay at Majestic Elegance, the resort was so beautiful, rooms and all amenities were very clean, the food and drinks were incredible, and all the staff were so friendly, kind, and helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat!
This was our second time staying at the majestic and we brought the family! We loved our stay! Felipe was our butler and he made sure we were well taken care of! Food was ok but that’s typical for all inclusive resorts. Beach is our favorite!
I liked everything i didn't like the transportation that i pick it they promise one thing and didnot do it never use them again travel
On multiple occasions housekeeping entered our room when DND sign was displayed, sometimes even without knocking. This is just unacceptable. Not to mention - the butler that was assigned to our room (as part of VIP experience) entered our room when we had the DND sign on the door. No privacy at all. Overall- nice property, the beach is gorgeous and plenty of food options.
Great resort, the plunge pool rooms are the greatest!
