The Hilton Cancun is a beautiful, well maintained property. We had a corner room and the view was amazing! It was the farthest point from the lobby but we did not mind the walk. It was a super clean room and had everything we needed. The food at the restaurants/outdoor stations is top notch too! We traveled with two children and there were lots of activities and fun things to do. We had the best family vacation and hope to go back again next year!!!
The check in process was horrible. It took us nearly 3 hours in the line to get it done because they were facing system issues. We never received the welcome email. The food was average at best. One of the pools (Kids pool) was closed for a day. All in all - our worst stay in Cancun so far.

The room was fine andtheviewwasgreat, but there is actually no beach. There isn't enough space for all the visitors near the pool. There are no entertainments in the hotel. The shuttle service BD Experience is very poor. Next time definitely will choose something else.
The food, service and facility was good! It’s a little different than other all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. There was no one harassing us to buy a time share. I would not recommend if you are not traveling with children, but great if you have your kiddos in tow. There were lots of things to do for kids, we just didn’t have ours with, so we would’ve preferred something quieter, but there were spaces on the property without a lot of kids. Also, the bathrooms in the rooms are see through. It might get awkward if you are traveling with older kids or teens and sharing a room! Overall a nice place with attentive staff that work very hard to keep everything clean and nice for guests.
We were a family of 4 with 1 teenager and a 12 year old. The resort itself was very well taken care of and the service was in general excellent .The only reason I am giving them a 4 star is because the hotel had a massive Airconditior breakdown and they initially gave us a room with poor AC. After pestering them, they moved us to another room with a functioning AC.They might as well have done that when we checked in. Apart from this we had a wonderful time.
I would go back here. kinda feels like food options are limited and redundant.

Had to stand in line 90 min at 9am to get reservation at restaurant. Not how guest should have to spend paid vacation time. Facility is worn with area of pool tiles broken off. Breakfast buffet understaffed and had to get own coffee several times. On good note, staff very friendly.

Close to the airport. Clean and modern. Plenty of Food options. Reasonably priced. Used BDexperience for the shuttle. On time, clean van and good price.
Service at the beach front was poor. Food quality was average and not good choices for vegetarians.
