Loved Koreatown and will be back for the awesome array of Korean food, yummy bites from Mexican/Latino street vendors, panderias, paletas, amazing Korean spa, local Buddhist temple, and proximity to Dodgers Stadium.
About the hotel: depends on what you want out of a hotel - this is a pretty bare bones facility. You'll get a bed, tv, nice shower/bathroom but not even a coffee machine or refrigerator. Staff was very friendly. There's good coffee at Gris Azul cafe nearby but not until 7am, or the nearby panderia has the sweet stuff earlier.
