I really enjoyed my five days here, very relaxing and the beds were so comfy! Everyone here is so nice and attentive to your needs. The food here is excellent! Try the banana pancakes in the morning, just delicious and beautifully served. The maids are so friendly and do such a great job on my room. Thanks for all you do!

There's nothing i can say that i didn't like. Ventanas was perfect!! From the moment we arrived and opened up our door to the water and sound of the waves. The beach was beautiful, love the Palapas, beach loungers and hammocks. The breakfast was amazing, so fresh and good. We only ate one dinner, but wish we had eaten more there. The food was the best we had on the island. The people that work at Ventanas are all so friendly and welcoming. On the day we left one of the girls from housekeeping gave me a huge hug!!! We can't wait to go back to Ventanas!!
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the all-inclusive/traditional Cozumel area near downtown, then this is the place to be. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, personal even. We loved meeting Gustavo, Manuel, and Omar along our trip. Both English and Spanish spoken and a gorgeous beach to walk up and down to inexpensive local restaurants. It is on the opposite side of the island where it is more isolated and secluded. Very romantic spot and amazing rooms overlooking the ocean. We fell asleep every night with the porch doors open and the waves hitting the rocks. No air conditioning needed, although it’s available when sleeping hours. Meals were locally caught fish and lobster, and breakfast was authentic and fresh! Loved this place!!

This hotel has one of the most beautiful locations in the world and the rooms are positioned perfectly. Its really beautiful, and the rest of the hotel is quite sweet.
This place is a getaway gem for those looking to stay away from all the crowds. The staff was excellent! We got to experience Sea turtles laying their eggs with out it being a excursion. If you just love nature and being secluded this is the place. We will be back.

This place is a special gem for the right people. You will not find a more remote or private place on the entire island. The staff and ownership are wonderful. The ocean crashing on shore is an experience you will not have on the leeward side, and this is the only hotel on the windward side. Food is wonderful and informal. My only knock would be that there are no prices for drinks or food. Get prices up front and keep track. I was in for a serious surprise when I paid my tab at the end of the week. My fault for not checking, though.
Hotel is located on east side away from other hotels and tourist ($20 taxi ride). Can't say enough about how great staff was especially Miguel and Ruben. If want a place to go and get away from everything (no tv) this is for you. Restaurant next door and few others within walking distance. The included breakfast (included)was good and so was supper if chose to eat there (not included).

We chose Ventanas Al Mar just a day before we arrived in Cozumel and it was the beat decision we could have made. Super friendly staff, great food, and lovely place. Even the contractors who were changing out the roofing while we were there were nice. The shower had no water pressure, but to be honest, it didn't bother us enough to change our opinion of the place. Loved it.
My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we had a great time! We can't wait to go back with our kids! So relaxing, clean, food was delicious and the staff was amazing!! We tried stepping out to check out the rest of Cozumel but we found ourselves wanting to go back to Ventanas al Mar a little after we left! Big thank you to Ricardo, Miguel, Tony and Ruben!
