Very clean resort. No eating at the pool which keeps birds away. Wait staff were always there taking orders. Never had to wait. Many restaurants to choose from. The only down side was the seaweed. They could clean the hat up better.
Not everyone may like my opinion about this resort, but it depends on the people themselves what they are looking for. In my opinion, everything was great, the service staff was wonderful, the food was excellent everywhere. The place is great, maybe only the ocean itself, not so much more precisely the water soles, but you can see that they are trying to collect soles and sandy beach, but it is always difficult to get along with nature, everything else is the highest rating. Palm groves are arranged everywhere, you feel like you are in the most wonderful natural world, in the evenings it is incredibly quiet no one bothers you, you can enjoy the ocean breeze in peace.

Everything on the property is great. Food at restaurants could be better. Perfect for kids. We will be back.

This property is awesome. It has great pools, great restaurants. The only thing about this property is the beach area. If you are looking for white sand and turquoise water, this is not the resort you want to stay in the beach is not swimmable. If you are the type that likes the beach, this is not the resort for you to stay at, It is canistently full of seaweed and the bottom of ocean floor is not wakable. It is filled with sharp rocks and seaweed that cling to your feet.
Excellent vacation for a family of 4. Rodolfo was an excellent waiter! Marcos was a great bartender!!
The smell at the property is bad, the staff is ok. But the only thing I requested during my platinum stay was not done and never got an apology for it. Hotel is clean and lots of restaurants to choose from! If you are looking to spend time at the beach choose a different hotel!!!
The only thing I didn't like is that I have pay for the internet. When I choose the package there it said that wifi is free which it wasn't. That needs to be changed on your Orbitz website before..
very nice stay...pools were great and they offer a great variety of food. Take into account that because of the sargazo the beach is not available in most of the cancun-playa del carmen area.

Awesome property. Loved that we could go to all 3 properties to enjoy all amenities. The food was great. But we were looking forward to a beach vacation but the beach was not usable. Had a lot of seaweed that smelled and the water was red/brown from all of the seaweed.
