Great location and very clean hotel. Unfortunately, it was very noisy both from echoing hallways inside to the heavy amount of construction outside. I also never had hot water in the shower. I did complain about it, but it never got any hotter. Choose this place as a last resort.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; when I was not happy with my room they did let me change for a different room which was much nicer. Thank you!

The property is in dire need of some rennovation work/updates. Rooms were very basic which was to be expected but it would have been nice to have a lamp and also a blind on the window. Our air con did not work and so we were moved on day 2 to a new room without fuss. Aircon worked and the window also had a blind. Pool area needs work. All lounges were covered in mold. We did not swim or eat at the restaurant.

Clean well located and comfortable bed
Great location, very clean, had a slight smell of disinfectant but nothing major, no mildew smell at all. Ac worked well and had a setting to turn off the light display for sleeping. No shampoo or extras, street parking, and nice staff. A solid low to mid budget option.

Liked: Elevator Frig in room Roof top pool - BEFORE 3pm daily - then FORCED out DISLIKED: Being pushed out of pool area starting at 3pm. They lease/contract w/a restaurant that comes in & TAKES OVER THE ENTIRE pool area. Pushing & stacking up lounge beds. Putting table settings on all tables (The pool area is the ONLY common area on the property). HIGHLY disappointed by how that group of restaurant owners treated hotel guests!

This was in an ideal location for me and my daughter to experience Puerto Morelos. The rooms were cleaned well every day. They did a very good job. The roof pool, bar and patio is great and we used it most days.
