Newer resort with nice amenities
This is our second time staying (previously stayed on the dreams side) and it did not disappoint. The food is great, staff is amazing. Check in takes a while but other than that I have no complaints ! Secluded and safe.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.
When we got our room there was a open drink inside fridge and also over night our room got flooded because there was no seal on door like other rooms had. Food was honestly one of the worst ive had in a mexico resort. Also the alcohol did not taste like it was real and had no effect. Overall bad experience. The electricity went out a few times.

Very disappointing trip. Visited secrets thinking would have a great time. Had the worst time. Staff were very unprofessional had zero idea what they were doing.
The property is brand new and still under a little finish up. The view, the food, the layout was all wonderful. That being said, the staff is what really was the best. Every person was looking to help and incredibly friendly. Their interaction really made this property a special place.
