It's frustrating to sign a fake bill Every time you eat at an all inclusive. That needs to be done with right away! Some areas are off limits unless you become a member which is a time share. You're not using a cabana or any hot tubs/jacuzzi even tho you can see them but not use them without the time share membership . Room cleaning is good but they will likely come in your room several times a day. Good luck getting more than 1 soda or water once a day and snacks in the room are one time only we found out. Dining is an issue. Food is average and occasionally good and they have 3 restaurants. Buffet and two others you need reservations for. Getting a reservation is relatively easy but why do you need to go every day and wait in line for 15 mins to get the reservation. They can do better for sure with that. They serve Pepsi just so you are prepared, bring your own reusable bottle! Massage people nearby on the beach are awesome and it's 45 per person. Beds are relatively comfortable and the pizza is pretty good. Use Uber not the taxi and save yourself about $90 from the airport to the hotel. No really nighttime entertainment and no shows available. Crowd this week was mostly 50 .

The resort credit is a scam. You can only use it very limited number of items and you have to walk to the front desk to discuss with the staff before you can use it. The staff said that the restrictions are listed but they are not. I showed them that no restrictions were listed for use of the credit but they didn’t care. Also, the person at the resort that handles excursions quoted me a price of $890 US for a 4 hour fishing trip. I have personally been fishing in Mexico many times over the last 15 years and have never been quoted such a ridiculous price

The resort is beautifully landscaped and the staff was very attentive. For an all inclusive place the food was amazing!
The staff was amazing and it's a beautiful resort! It was very humid outside and inside the room. The bedding was heavy with a damp feeling from the humidity. The room smelled like a closed up basement. It might just be the time of year and normal, but I am not a fan of humidity when I sleep. We also never asked for assistance with this problem and we thought it was a normal thing for the jungle atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again, but not during the extreme humid time of year.

I loved the hotel’s ascetics, beach, location, room. The employees are all really nice, especially by the pool and the pool bar. The downside to this hotel is the food, it was a hit or miss. The food I liked best was the tacos that they served in the morning but that’s about it. We went to the 2 speciality restaurants they had and the food was not all that, I liked the food from the pool better. They had house wine and they really did not have premium alcohol other than Don Julio and Jack Daniels. For the price I paid I figured the food and drinks were going to be on point. I was expecting craft cocktails and amazing Mexican food! It is Mexico!!! I also did not like the music they played, they need better music station for a better ambience. It was way too relaxed for my tasting. I wanted to relax but I also wanted to have a little fun, not to get wasted but a better ambience/fun from certain times.
I have been to PV at least 10 times. I had only stayed at properties in Zona Romantica until the Covid Pandemic made me want to get further away from crowds and research a place that would honor pandemic guidelines. What started as a 5 day getaway, turned into a 4 week stay. We even left after the second week to try another property close by and checked out of that property within 25 minutes to return to Mirival. So, you could say...we really liked it here. Location Marival Armony sits on the most beautiful beach in PV and vicinity. I am not in love with the beaches in and around PV, but this is definitely the best one. It's wide, clean and with clearer water than other locations. It is about an hour drive from Zona Romantica, so not that convenient if you wanted to go out there a lot during your stay in PV. We actually decided to ask a fisherman to take us to the resort by boat from the main pier. We pulled up to Marival by boat and someone from staff actually came down the beach to help us with our luggage. I recommend this entrance! The resort itself sits high up with sweeping views of the entire bay. 2 of the 6 pools have amazing beach views. The only problem with these pools were that people would throw their possessions on the chairs very early before breakfast to reserve everything only to return hours later. You also would never know if the chair wasn't occupied anymore because people would leave their towls on the chairs after leaving. Our room was located
New, modern and clean resort. Beach was possibly the best in entire PV area. Very friendly and polite staff. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well poolside food. Dinners were hit or miss, needs a bit of improvement. Overall great resort .
The staff was phenomenal, extremely attentive and very friendly. My partner and I both felt very comfortable and at ease at this resort. Drinks were superb!
