Management harassed me about my dog when no one complained.
Great location and very clean, but it’s so expensive! For the rate we were paying, they should let you have a refrigerator (they charge $150 if you put something in the fridge) and microwave and coffee machine. Also a free water! Not the $12 small water in the room! Also, if you are going to charge a resort fee, this place should be updated ! Money grabs everywhere!
Excellent property with incredible amentities. There's a ton to do in Vegas but we found ourselves sticking around the Venetian more than going anywhere. The casino is excellent and the food choices are outstanding.
Staff and business employee friendliness. Impressive amenities, high levels of professionalism in all areas.

Loved the Grand Canal Shops!!
Quality abounds. Luxurious and comfortable!
Everything
Not convenient having to haul suitcases for long distances, multiple elevators, rugs that make roller suitcases that much harder to pull.
Bad customer service. Too many additional charges
Very nice!
We love the facility so much. It is very fantastic and beautiful. It is very convenient. We live it
Overpriced. Shows were mediocre at best. Hidden fees.
Beautiful property. Lots to see and do in the area. Clean. The only things I would complain about is no coffee maker in the rooms, long waits in line or far walk to get a coffee to start your morning. Especially when the first thing you do in the mornings is have a cup to function. I asked for a coffee pod for the room but never received. Housekeeping didnt know when i asked again about it so just gave up. Line to front desk was always long, so didn't want to waste anymore vacation time. Don't like the upsell tactics.
