Absolutely love this property. Upscale, hotel entrance away from casino, beautifully maintained and the pool is amazing!

For the second time in a row, we were given a room with a broken shower. Housekeeping never came. In fact, I never saw a housekeeping cart in the hallways. It took forever to check in even though there was no line. One of the two people at reception just walked away without acknowledging that I was standing there using a cane. They couldn't find clean rooms in our category. After complaining they approved our upgrade to a room near the elevators but charged a disabled person and an 85-year-old woman $16 a night for that privilege. Slot machines were broken. No one was cleaning up in the slot area or offering beverages. They know it takes time to get from rooms to the entrance but sent three text messages reminding me that I asked valet to bring out our vehicle. Food was good in the diner-type restaurant, but service was poor. I know this is picky, but the bakery stand should tell people that cinnamon rolls have cream cheese frosting, not the usual kind. The roll didn't have any flavor anyway other than cream cheese.
The food and service was excellent. Mark the Blackjack dealer was very personable. The grounds were beautiful.
Room makeup mirror did not work. Bathroom door handle really loose. Fan Heater in bathroom did not work. Shower door very hard to open & Close
Fabulous resort and casino. Staff is so helpful, courteous, and kind. Beautiful facility! Pool closes too early, though…should stay open until 10 or so. But we did love our stay and will return

The property is in a great location. There is everything for everyone from gambling to shopping and eating. The staff is happy and welcoming.

Majority of the staff was great, front desk were very rude 3/7/22 1130 am. Casino is small but ok, Dining is also ok. Resort Fee is a total rip off, and should be illegal.. I won't be visiting this property ever again
Tons of fun for the whole family… the pool is awesome as well as the gym. My kids had a lot of fun in the arcade and kid quest on site.
Disappointing, especially @ reception, long lines and staff not accommodating. Standard of cleaning not acceptable. Dusty in room and hallways.
