Suncoast was an older hotel off Strip in the Summerlin area I loved staying at . Helpful front desk who even printed an important email for me for my work , also had a nice variety of restaurants and pool . I only didn’t like the spa - salon due to lack of available workers for hair or brow wax I wanted done . I found a better salon at Boca fashion village close by and Uber drivers were fast to pick me up and local friends can park freely there who visited me

The room is spacious and comfy. But the casino entrance is a smoking zone.
Beautiful hotel. Extremely clean. Nice having security driving thru the parking lot since this is Vegas.

Parking lot is not crowded. Traffic is less.
So the property itself is definitely "older" when comparing to most of the "strip". BUT its simple and very clean. You can tell the last time they renovated was probably 20 years ago. But again. its not bad. My friend and I were probably the only ones without a car but self parking is very easy. Across the street is a little "mall" call Tivoli" which has great restaurants (Leone cafe was amazing for brunch/lunch/desert) and boutiques. Its a short drive to red rock and only about 15 minutes ($30 Uber) ride to the strip. The casino is too smokey for me...but I guess thats all casinos. The pool was nice, but basic. the bar and pool "services" were closed I guess still the covid effect. But it was nice.
