We enjoyed our stay here as we visited relatives in Las Vegas. We usually stay on the strip. We plan on staying here again next time we are in town. Great customer service. Had a good variety of food options. Smooth checkout and you could get on an elevator with no problems. It is older but there is a ton of nostalgia that goes along with that.
The property offers a place to sleep and does that reasonably. The room I had was dated but clean. Uber adds about $28 each way if you go to the strip. There is no shuttle to the airport or the strip. Most restaurants were closed or had limited hours, to be fair I stayed mid week. The ones that I tried had friendly staff and the food was sufficient. Very few gaming tables were open while I was there.
Our checkin with Kanani was so easy. She made us feel so welcomed and was able to easily accommodate a special request for us. She was so friendly, it really elevated our mood for the rest of the stay. The elevators were quick and pur room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed being away from the strip. Thanks again Kanani!
Decent value. I would stay here again.
good. buffet gone for fast food. sad, rooms need upgrade
This hotel and casino does not do a very good job of accommodating its disabled guests. I tried to check in 1-2 hours early because we arrived early and i was having issues with my breathing due to my disability. They would not check us in unless i essentially paid more than what i paid for the room for just ab hour or two. Then, when we returned to the hotel after running errands we parked in the handicapped parking and found that doors by said parking were blockaded because they said the wind was opening the doors. It wasn't that windy outside and the automatic doors for the disabled don't open easily manually, you have to press the button. When i tried to address it because i almost passed out due to lack of oxygen, i was dismissed. Very disappointing.
Traveling with a paralyzed friend, nice to have everything in one place.
Understaffed, no housekeeping available during the evening. Couldn’t get extra pillow or towels without going to front desk. There was hair from previous guests in tub, sink, shower wall, bed sheet. We prepaid for 3 nights, left after 2 nights and paid for another hotel room out of pocket on strip. Would not stay here again. Casino was decent!
For years this has been my favorite property to stay at if I am by myself I know I am safe
Nice accommodations and helpful staff
Love this place, we stay here every 4th of july and we enjoy it... pricey but worth it.
