We stayed here last spring. We liked the facility so decided to stay here again this year. It needs some updating but is very comfortable and clean. Morning breakfast is very good.
Check-in was easy. Staff very courteous. Big continental breakfast. Actual cable tv. Complimentary make up wipe is the best I've ever used. I painted my face for an event and the 1 wipe took all the make up off. There might be more food options close by but I was in a hurry and didn't notice my surroundings. I just needed a place to sleep in Henderson.
The front desk person was horrible. I reserved this room for my daughter and her two friends along with my ex-wife who took them to a lacrosse tournament nearby. They had to drive up from San Diego after school/work on Friday and arrived at 1am and then the clerk wouldn't apply the credit card I used to book the room. My daughter had to call me at 130am to wake me up to pay and he STILL wouldn't take my credit card. My ex had to use $500 in cash to pay when that was for food/gas and expenses. Terrible!!!
Staff was nice and friendly, property was clean, breakfast was great, overall great experience and incredible quality for price.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life! WiFi was worthless; my room land line phone was broken, my electronic access key needed to be ‘rekeyed’ several times, my room cleaning was neglected 3 out of 5 days, at times hot breakfast items were unavailable, hotel night manager turned and walked away without saying a word when I asked for help, leaving night clerk to fumble around, elevator needs maintenance, neighborhood is non existent & next to a large gas station.
Pool and hot tub are closed at the time of our visit. Had to switch to different hotel. Convenient to have a kitchenette in the room for longer stays.
Property is under new management. Repairs were still in progress. Staff was friendly. Morning breakfast was available 630am to 930am. Various selections of bread and juice.
They overbooked and did not provide the Accessible room I had reserved, but they did provide us with a shower chair. The cost was double the value. Paid $150 and it's only worth $65. In the room, it felt like we were at a Motel 6 - Low quality beds and pillows. Dirty carpeting and chair, but bathroom was okay. Public area was tolerable. Breakfast was good, with good service. I don't recommend this hotel. I just felt like I didn't want to touch anything, and leave as soon as possible.
During my stay in May, the elevators were down and the pool was closed. I called to make sure everything was good with my reservation, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I decided to call back later, and same thing, I was put on hold again for longer than 7 minutes, and hung up. I emailed instead and received a response the next day. On the day of check in, someone reached out to me and I was only made aware of the elevator and pool situation then, (they also put us in a room on the 3rd floor). We had to carry all our luggage up, we were there for edc weekend 3 nights, and carried a lot up those flights of stairs. The key card did not work with the back door, and once we finally got all the way up to our room, the key card wasn’t working either. Had to walk all the way down the hallway and down those stairs again for the second time that day, just to get into our room. The reason for my Ok rating is because the rooms were not terrible, and the breakfast was good. We did enjoy the breakfast options. The back door continued to be an issue throughout the whole weekend, and the key card never worked to open it.
The booking indicated our stay included breakfast and it didn’t. When we checked in we were told the same thing. And when we came down next morning nothing. Only coffee in lobby. We asked front desk and we were todo no breakfast was being served/ 😡😡
