This property was very clean and the staff professional. I was surprised by the size of the rooms (larger than expected), the ample amenities and the awesome Bass Pro store that is connected to the resort. The Sundance Cafe was particularly a great place to eat. I highly recommend the Silverton Casino and Resort, and will be returning in the future.
Being a Orbitz customer for over 20 years, it’s pretty disappointing when you show up to check in and the hotel has no information that I have a room booked and paid for. Took about 1 hour to get a room with nobody else in the lobby, will probably start booking directly with hotels in the future.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. All staff that I spoke to were so friendly and helpful. This is not always the case in Vegas. Also, the room was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. It’s a few minutes drive from the strip but I enjoyed the atmosphere being a little quieter. The hotel smelled good too! Mei at the front desk was lovely. LJ in restaurant and Magic at the Sportsbook were so friendly. I will definitely stay here again. Ps. Winter in Vegas is great; not so crowded.
Our room was quite lovely. I love the cowgirl/boy themed wallpaper in the bathroom. The hotel room and the hotel hallways and lobby were very clean. Guest services were excellent at check-in and each time I walked past, it seemed as though they recognized me and made certain to say hello, or welcome back. We also won at the casino which was a bonus. Ate at Johnny Rocket, the hotel restaurant (can't think of the name) for breakfast which was very good. Our waiter was excellent!!! He went way above and beyond in providing a reasonable substitute for an item. Fantastic customer service all around.
