Room 3-207 is next to the staff room. In the late evening, after I was in bed, they were banging carts around after 9 pm. The sink was slow to drain for the first four days, and finally stopped draining at all on the last night. Even cheap motels have more room. This literally is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The Strat charges $20/day for guests to park. At Harrah's, parking is included in the hotel fees. I thought I would try another hotel further north, but I am going back to Harrah's, where I have enjoyed my last five or six stays.

Shower didn’t have a closing door, there was mold and dirt on shower floor and shower head was green and rusted. Rooms are small and have no view. One very small window. It was okay for the price I paid but definitely would stay somewhere else next time.

Overall did not like it
Ate at the restaurant at the top of the casino several times and assumed the hotel stay would be just as fabulous. I will NEVER stay here AGAIN. Horrible aroma, no room service, the morning we checked out there was a notification sent out that the water would be off. Yes, the water, and they said sorry for the inconvenience. The valet is NOT free even if you're staying at the hotel. This is not the plush place you think it is and it doesn't even matter if you stay in the renovated rooms, because you can hear through the walls and booooooy did we hear some things. Room had no towels. Then some random beeping was occurring IT WAS A MESS AND A NIGHTMARE. Just go somewhere else if you can. Not here..

I liked the selections of gaming and activities and the valet parking. The shower head in our bathroom shower was not very powerful and took a long time to get warm. The handicap room has plenty of room.

No communication, bookins, concierge and upstairs staff had no idea, if rides, pool were open or not. Closet was broken, sheets had blood on them. As a former hotel manager... it was sad
Loved our room just didn’t have a view at all. Everything was clean and new. Our tower elevators were on the opposite end from the garage. So if you have a car and don’t want to walk as far, have them put you somewhere other than the north or Vegas tower. Parking is $20/day that also sucked.
