Sphere view was very nice. Double queen room was clean and the bed/bedding were of good quality. Only minor complaints would be that the fridge in the room is just for the mini bar stuff and you can't use it for any of your own items. No coffee maker or microwave provided either.

Love this resort. It’s very clean and lots to do and see. This is my resort of choice in Vegas.

Excellent place for couples

Was not a long walk from parking garage to check in, then to room. Some Vegas hotels are ridiculous in this regard. Absolutely great size rooms and very nice. We had 2 adults 3 kids fit fantastic. The pools and pool area is exceptional as well.

I didn’t like that I was charged $320 to check in after I was already paid for the rooms and I also didn’t like the I was charged $170 to check out after a three nights stay all under the charge of resort fee another $170!! I would never ever consider staying at this hotel again, even though it was very nice, but the hidden charges are ridiculous

Amazed

Wish I knew about Spa fee and parking fee before booking. They surely adds up!

Multiple dining and drinking options. Room was excellent and all the staff were friendly and professional from housekeeping to the front desk.

Amazing!

Location good. Great room. I still wish there were a coffee pot in the room, but that is not enough of a drawback to lessen my review. The Starbucks at the foot of the tower allows ordering by phone, so you can carry some up easily. Everything ship-shape. We were very pleased with our stay. LV has a lot of road construction, so it was great to leave the car and walk.

Room had a sewer smell.

Nice room but took us 2 hours to have our luggage delivered to our room

I was hoping they had allowed me an early check-in. I tried to call them in advance but they told me to wait till I arrive. I ended being there too early and requested it and they could not accommodate me. Wish there’s a way that they could accommodate guests like me especially if flights to choose from are very limited that would get me there on time for checkin and not be late on the shows that start at 8 pm. Either the arrival flights get me too early or too late to make it to the show. Also, I did not like that coffee was not a free amenity anymore in the room. Had to go down and wait in long line at Starbucks for coffee. Other than that, the staff were friendly and room was as expected, very clean and comfortable.

I always choose to stay at the Palazzo because my experience at this hotel is impressive. However, I am disappointed that a housekeeper skipped to clean our room even though we directly asked one of the housekeepers to clean the room yesterday. I had to ask another housekeeper to give me linens and amenities. We stayed as club floor guests, so we didn’t expect such basic carelessness at this luxury hotel. Overall, we loved the view from the room, were amazed by the club lounge, and all the employees we met were amiable. I hope the housekeeping system is reviewed and does not happen the same issues to other valuable visitors.

I love the rooms being big suites at the Palazzo. I am Vegan so we are a lot at the Wynn since they have a lot of vegan options, which was convenient. Palazzo’s one vegan restaurant we were excited to try, but it was closed the 2 days we were there unfortunately. The Sphere is amazing & so worth going to the show there!
