There was no room service available, the parking structure elevator was broken so you either had to walk down five flights of stairs up the ramp five flights. I ordered two rooms. Both were supposed to have mini fridges one didn’t. This was a bit unfortunate.

My jacket was taken from room not even a follow up . Extra charge to get in early and took me 2 hours to know if I had a reservation and no email .Worst experience in 20 years of going to Vegas . Place is nasty and people useless help and promises. Seems all these Caesar properties have become trash and they forgot when they used to take care of the regular guy .

The Linq is a bargain hotel meant for the younger millenial crowd. The price was good, the room wasn't the cleanest and furniture was in bad shape. Not impressed with the quality of the room. But if you are out partying all day and night and are too drunk to notice then you'll be fine. The hotel is better to go to with friends than a spouse.

Perfect central strip location

Found someone's gun range paper/target in the closet area of our room. The paint above the window was peeling/exposed area. The toilet gurgled on its own. Love this hotel but was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room this time. :(

The bathroom sink had a long piece of hair in it it. The countertop of bathroom was low. Around the toilet you could see and smell the urine. The water pressure was low. The room was full of dust. Where you store your luggage and shelves were full of dust and dirt. The chair had food stains on it. Housekeeping couldn't have cleaned that room. Outside my room door, the ceiling was peeling. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos to show proof.

I gave a 3 because when I checked in I went to "Bell Check" with my tickets for my luggage and there was a sign that read "CLOSED". I went to my room thinking that if I called, being that people were checking in, they would need Bell service as well as other persons may have their luggage with them, that they may respond by phone. After several attempts, I wasn't successful. I called 2 other numbers and either was transferred to a different extension or after a recording the phone would hang up. I then had to go downstairs again to see if anyone could help me get my luggage. I finally was able to speak with someone and after midnight FINALLY got my luggage that I carried to my room myself. Big inconvenience!! Waste of time calling and being disconnected and/or transferred to another recording. Cut backs and replacing Humans with AI isn't always the most convenient when you run into issues like these that a machine CANT help with. Basically ruined my night because I spent over an hour and a half trying to get my luggage. A simple task that tourned into a job!!!

The one main downfall of the room was the shower. Way to high of water pressure for myself, almost painful actually. Along with that the shower curtain would not stay closed and the water would soak the whole entire bathroom floor no matter what we tried. Last thing was the A/C unit was very loud everytime it turned on throughout the night.

Hotel staff was great and accomodating. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom door was squeaky and could of used some oil

I gave a 3 because when I checked in I went to "Bell Check" with my tickets for my luggage and there was a sign that read "CLOSED".
