Fantastic stay from start to finish. Exceptionally good location and value for the money.
I opted for late check out at 5pm (instead of 11am), which is a great option, and at $10 per extra hour, a great deal. However, when I left my room at 2pm on check out day to go get lunch, when I returned to my room at 3pm, I was locked out. So I was told to just go to front desk to rectify, there was a 2hr line to get to the front desk. Luckily, I cut the line, without getting beat up, and found a cust service rep who fixed my key so I could stay til 5pm. If I hadn’t cut the line, I would have spent the rest of my stay in line, only to check out when I got to the front desk. There was no other way to speak to a cust rep other than just cut in line.

Nothing special but close to everything and not the overwhelming “casino/hotel” experience. Clean rooms. Would definitely go back.

Overall a great stay for 3 nights. I'd have given it 5 stars but check-in was a bit challenging. The kiosk said my room was not ready... What? it was 6:30pm..... So I stood in line for maybe 15 minutes until I got to the registration gal, who was amazing by the way..... I just feel they should update their kiosks and/or add more staff to help facilitate check-in.... Checkout was online, so that was a snap.....

The property was dirty. It seem like they didn't clean the room. I called twice to asked them to clean the refrigerator that was left with food and drinks from the previous guest and they never went. The bathroom was very dirty, overall the whole room needed to be clean better.
Was so noisy, the restroom the water running, floor was not cleaned for days was a lot marks on the restroom floor
PH is a solid, mid-range casino/resort on the strip. I always like the location - I walk and it's essentially in the middle of everything. I was there for 3 nights and never got maid service. On the 2nd day I was in my room for a total of 10 minutes while the staff was on my floor, but basically out from 10-6. On the 3rd day, I WAS out 10-6. Otherwise, everything good.
Some type of heavy cleaning or remodeling was happening the floor above us at 3am-7am on both nights w no warning, the hotel carpets and sheets were dirty and stained, the beds came w two tiny lumpy pillows - best western has more comfortable beds and pillows - don’t advertise as a resort with motel 6 quality beds
