Rated poor because of of large rip in padded headboard, rips in carpet, small bathroom, room furnishings need to be updated, Derby Tower is not connected to main lobby or parking garage, no safe in room.

This resort was bad .. Or at least do not go through hotels.com to rent a time share unit .. The owner hasn't take in very good care of property. Carpet was torn in many areas and furniture was mismatched .. I was embarrassed to stay there again. Over all the Resort was bad just the room they rented to us .. Wasnt worth the money ..

The lady at check-in, Edwina was very rude. My room smelled so bad I couldn't stay in it. When I wasn't there they re rented my room and told me I couldn't get my money back! They were paid twice for the same room and think they can get away with it.
