Nice, spacious and modern property. Unfortunately lack of staff make it a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom shower area with a lot mold around edges, a only by request room clean up makes this very confusing for staff and guests timing properly, a guest upper floor room fihtg at 5 am woke me up very confused and trying to reach security with the phone room made it almost a mission impossible with so many instructions how to dial worts but not the least privacy sign and do not disturb room sign was ignored twice in our staying having this people trying to get in and access our room, luckily I had the door stop put on. Nice pools at least

The first night music was too loud even on 25th floor we did not sleep well. The pillow had a smell and had ask to change the pillow case as I’m bald and it had hair on it. The room did not come with a coffee pot and was not available on request. Only suite and above. The cleaning staff did clean the bed and made that right. The rest of the room was very clean and service for the room cleaning was great.
Very nice hotel, the room we stayed in (1-bedroom suite) was very spacious, elegant and had great views of the strip. We saw Katy Perry perform at the Resorts World Theater, which was so much fun, and the venue was amazing! From check-in to check-out, the service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. This was our first time staying on the north end of the strip. It was a good location if you prefer a little less crowdedness, but is an easy taxi over to other locations on the strip. Overall would highly recommended!

The rooms are good size, new and clean. Good food options in the casino.
Resorts World is a great property, but prepared to be “nickel and dimed” to death by drinks, dining and services. We had lunch at the food court for two. It cost us well over $50 for a sandwich and soda. Mall is not filled out at all. If you’re a shopper, walk down to Fashion Show or Palazzo shops.
The property was very clean and the atmosphere was amazing!
