I don't believe that any of the high priced hotels/casinos in either Reno or Las Vegas could have provided better overall service than this one. Every one of the staff was professional and did everything with a smile. My phone didn't work, and it was repaired within minutes. My room, for one person, was just right. Reno Suites is just around the corner from " The Row", where I was able to play the horses. It's not far from the Art Museum, and the river, where there are fun activities. To conclude, I was mostly impressed with the great staff.

Not Perfect. Room was very hot initially l got a mantence worker to cool down room ASAP. Room key did not work 2nd night..it worked fine the first night. My room had a great view and the workers friendly & helpful. For the price I would stay there again.
It wans close to where we needed to be. Our room was my the elevator shaft and we could heat it all night long. It woke me up a couple of times.
Room and property itself was clean and staff was nice. Got in at 2:00am due to another hotel overbooking and canceling my reservation. The area around the hotel was not good. Didn’t feel safe. Parking was in a garage about a block away, walking alone in downtown Reno at 2:00am was scary.
Quirky check-in requirements called for a phone call to summon staff. Nice room and close to restaurants.
It’s dirty it’s not as advertised. I would never stay here again.
My room's phone did not work. Two of four elevators did not work. Staff was helpful and friendly.

You really need to get this property tooken down I wasn’t there no more than 20 min and left!! Now I still waiting on my refund
