The property was new and clean. The breakfast was good and the service was good as well. The area was okay was a bit industrial and far from the Las Vegas strip. Overall, it was a quiet place.

Anthony went above and beyond in helping me with my stay at this property. I booked late at night after a family emergency brought me to the area unexpectedly. Unfortunately Orbitz was of no help in resolving the issue as I stood at check in for nearly an hour after being at the hospital until 2am checking on a family member. I was highly disappointed in Orbitz and their service. Anthony took care of me personally after Orbitz failed miserably. If you have the opportunity to meet with Anthony, he’s top notch and will take care of things! Thanks Anthony. You made an extremely sad trip out to say goodbye to my uncle more bearable.

The pet fse of $75 for one night, which we only learned about in an email a couple of hours before checkin, was a blatant ripoff. The neighborhood is shabby and felt unsafe. The linens were old and worn. Not our worst hotel stay ever but we won't be back.
The property was clean, the area is very far off the 15 which made it a little inconvenient. There are not a lot of restaurant choices in the area. I could not use my AARP or Best Western account as I had booked through a "discount booking site" Orbitz. Not sure why you can't have the points you on your Best Western account, it is still their hotel you are staying in. Guess the Best Western doesn't really offer you much if you can find a better "deal" on line.
Not much unique, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood was very industrial.

The room was quite nice and very comfortable. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but no problems. Stayed during the Coronavirus pandemic so not much to report since it was check in and go to our room and stay there. They gave us a take and go bag for b’fast. It was just ok.
