Nice enough there for an event. Not worth the $30 resort fee. Weird showers, don't be surprised and think before you use! Short on staff and short on food at restaurants as well. Quiet, probably not good for the casino, but good for me!

Great resort .. newly rennovated .. great room .. great beds .. great shower room .. cordial and professional staff .. easy parking .. no homeless people or crack heads sleeping in the doorways or panhandling around the resort entrances.

The hotel itself and its staff is excellent. Enjoyed the stay immensely. We were given a complimentary buffet dinner and were very pleasantly surprised by that comp. The only negative comment was that a few blocks away there were a lot of street people hanging out. But we know that is not the hotels fault. We had a very enjoyable time!

Property is fairly new and updated. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. House keeping was not up to par. We were offered full housekeeping when we checked in, but they failed to deliver. Bed was not made on first day and no bath towels were left. When we asked for them, they were quickly delivered. Next day we got bath towels but only 1 facecloth and hand towel. The hall way to the room was not vacuumed for the entire 4 days we were there. A candy wrapper, crumbs and debris were there for the entire 4 days. On the positive side, the room was clean, great bathroom and restaurants were great.

Check in was a breeze. Our front desk person was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was also very clean. We wish we would've had dinner at the steakhouse but just didn't have time. We will definite stay there again.
