Easy & had lots to do within the hotel.
TV and internet were down most of the stay. No room service Room configuration was strange. Bedside light was plugged into an outlet on bedside table, but plug was so wide only one device could be plugged in at a time. Had to chose between light and power for devices. Ok when sleeping, not when wanting to work from the bed. Desk plugs were on surface of the desk, radically reducing usable surface.
The cable TV did notnwork for 2 days and there was constructuon at night between 11 and 1 that was using a jack hammer and woke me up several times.
It was great room service let me check in before for 25$ super happy with thaf

the hotel was incredible, very clean, bright and everyone at the hotel was very nice and professional . we will definitely be back
Room did not look as pictured. It was missing the wall decals and accent pillows that were supposed to gaie the room it's charm. Instead it is as completely white and bland. The front desk is impossible to reach by phone and keeps you on a hold loop indefinitely. The walk from the parking garage to the front desk is not appealing. Won't stay there again.

Easy access to the Monorail, so much better than dealing with parking or Uber'ing everywhere.
The technician about the tv in my room is not working I wait for 4 to 5 hours and they not even show up yet I wait until the next morning I have to leave go to the airport and they still not even coming
Room design is very awkward for 2 people. Having to open the door to the bathroom and not realizing your spouse is at the sink, results in a pinched foot and an angry spouse. Will not stay in that style room again. Love the pool area and the projected TV.
