Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping works 24/7 so if you request anything - like extra towels at 11:00 at night, they bring it to you promptly. Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel that I would highly suggest if you want to stay on the main strip.

There was like a 2 1/2 hour wait to check in because there was about 300 people in front of us, expect a long wait if you’re coming during busy season or conventions, but upon checking in staff and everyone is super friendly.
