Nice place
Great stay room was a nice size plus they waived my resort fees because I had a players card . Check in was digital didn’t have to wait in line went straight to the room upon arrival
It's a perfect location, but the walls in our restroom were a bit dirty, I know it's a little outdated but it can still be clean
People were very friendly
This property is a rip off. Made a same day reservation at 2am when original hotel fell thru. Travel there just to be told my daughter and I couldn't check in until 3pm. After explaining the situation "there was nothing" they could do. After hanging out in their lobby for over two hours searching for a new place that would let us check in we left. When I contact orbitz who made the original reservation even they couldnt contact them to get my reservation refunded they couldn't reach management. My refund was refused for lack of communication. Out a lot of money no thanks to Excalibur.
What I liked was the front clerk lady offered a complimentary upgrade for being first time in Vegas. What I didn’t like was it was a bit far from the attractions on the strip
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the room
I was at 12239 room the noise from the elevators were terrible impossible to sleep, Very long time in front desk just to get answers from a question
...
Clean, room very spacious
There is room to walk around outside the building without crowds which is something you cant find further down the strip.
It's good
Love that it is large and spread out. Need more coffee shops!!
My husband and I go to Vegas once a month and we always choose to stay here for the location. You can walk to anywhere from this hotel and it’s the closest to the airport out of all the other hotels and it has tons of food options and the rooms are always clean and the staff is really nice.
I thought staff were lovely, the arcade and casino fun, great walking location.
The hotel was so so for the price. The room was old and worn with many areas showing signs of crack. House keeping did not come in to clean the room everyday.
