Not thrilled about our stay and the nickle and diming of the resort.

Never again at MGM. Our flight was cancelled, we called them twice, and the team noted it that we’d be arriving at 7 am. SOLD our room so when we arrived they had charged us for the night before, but had given it away. We waited all day with our luggage in day before clothes, they never called us. We went to the line at the desk at 4.30 pm to ask where our room was. The manager said she couldn’t remove the nights before charge and somehow it’s in the Orbitz details that they can give our room away, sell it, and not refund us. Ugggh Food was crap. Room next to us was calling our phone and putting notes under our door and harassing us, manager said he couldn’t do anything or look up who called us. We had to take the phone off the hook for the weekend. We left so disgusted. It’s not worth traveling to have that kind of crap treatment.
Amazing place
Great Hotel
If you have MGM app, I’m sure checkin was easy; as first time guest, it wasn’t clearly marked and you’re in line with those checking out. Room was clean, but pillows smelled Smokey.
Clean room, friendly staff, and the lazy river pool is one of the best ways to relax after a long night of gambling
All great, really clean, pool was amazing. Thank you
The property is old. The signage for any type of directions is terrible. Everything on the grounds is really, REALLY spread out. The elevators are almost impossible to find. The restaurants are good and the bars are ok but it's like they just kept adding and adding stuff with ZERO plan.
👍
Rooms were fantastic, they put our big family in adjacent rooms and we couldn't be happier! nice staff, nice view, great amenities. Everything is there. Bonus: easy access to the monorail.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, availability of restaurants, room was clean, housekeeping services were reliable and excellent. Check in and check out were easy. We arrived early and were able to check our luggage with the bellmen which helped a lot. Areas of improvement: In room fridge was overstocked with drinks, including alcohol. Not a great option for families and non-drinkers. Unable to store any water. No microwave was available in the room (necessary given large portions from restaurants, price of food, etc....). Insufficient outlets in the room (outlets need to be updated, more USB, more plugs) especially for a family of 4. Insufficient towels for a family of 4. 5. Pool hours could be extended past 5pm, especially as pools are heated. 6. Lazy river is great, but they charge for floating devices and to blow up floating devices. Ridiculous. If you have a lazy river, don't charge for floatation devices. Bring your own and be prepared to blow them up too! 7. I think during check in, they should provide a map of the hotel, as it is so large both inside and out, and we often didn't know about all the things available to do just within the hotel. 8. Consider offering discounts to people who stay at the MGM for the events/shows that happen at the MGM.
Will be returning soon
One snickers bar, half the size of a normal bar $12?
Room wasn’t clean fully, lazy river closed at 4 when check in is at 330. Charge way to much for rental tube and locker
Super expensive everywhere in the casino and hotel. Lazy River was broken and closed.
