No directions for self parking. No signs of where to park. Difficult to figure out when entry was. Someone should control the flow of parking. Cars driving in opposite direction. I had to pay high roller valet parking because couldn’t figure out the instructions. No signs or directions. It was insulting that I was still charged for self parking. Unknown liquid splatters on walls very visible in the room. Hallways were dirty. Walls on hallways were dirty. The hotel looks run down. Never staying here again.

Bartenders did not show football game and had game to their own liking. 100s of tv but you can’t show the raiders football game? Bartender was a cowboys fan according to her jersey she was wearing. She had every single tv to the cowboys game. We traveled here for Broncos raiders game and you did not show the game. Very disappointed!

Our room was very dirty. The sheets weren’t clean nor had they been changed. There was blood, dirt and they were dingy. There was a sport for a fridge and was no fridge they ordered on to come to the room in which they entered while we were not there but our belongings were. The AC was very noisy and I had a shower just to grab a shower towel and an acrylic nail fell out of it, it was disgusting. My room key worked half the time and didn’t work at the gate. Only good thing about the place was the housekeepers we would encounter were so sweet and helpful. I will NEVER book with them again.

Checking was very inconvenient. Not allowed to check in prior w/o being charged a fee. $60.00 an hour prior and $20.00 fee for 15 min prior. This is ridiculous. Never staying here again.

I was fine with the room. Coffee pot would have been nice in the room. Having to get dressed and leave the room in the early morning is a rude awakening.
