Property looks like I remember it 10 years ago, still needs major upgrades. My door that connects to the room next door looked like it was previously unhinged and would not lock. Shower had a leak and was leaking water around the clock. Auto checkin stations only worked for check in, could not reprint keys and check out. Only stayed 1 out of my 2 nights there. Staff was nice though.
Everything was great, clean room, nice amenities. The only thing is that it might take you good 5 minutes to get from the entrance to your room as this resort is very big. This isn't a complaint, just a heads up!
We checked in in less than 5 minutes using the self check in kiosk. One employee provided us with a map of the property and showed us how to get to our room. Very clean hotel, very friendly staff, and Starbucks opened at 6.

The room was clean but the drains were very clogged. Elevator wait times were awful. Noisy neighbors. Would have liked a fridge and microwave in the room. Very upset with the pushy, misleading interactions from the timeshare salesmen on the floor, especially the man named Deshawn. We were led to believe we were being offered a tour, not a two-hour sales pitch. Wasted our morning.
