Everything was good and the staff was great. My only complaint was the a/c fan was stuck in the on position and I couldn't adjust the temperature, which did not rise higher than 61 degrees. It wasn't enough of a big deal to keep me from enjoying my stay.

I was disappointed with this hotel ; I expected more from a Caesars resort. The check in area was confusing and hard to find . The room smelled even though it was a non smoking floor The staff were not very helpful .

Nice introduction to Reno.

I don't gamble, but it was interesting to see the gambling apparatus and the gamblers. That's part of the flavor of Reno. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is OLD and the casino is filled with lots and lots of really old people - made me feel like I was at a nursing home. I am sure they are "good" people, but OLD and lots of people wearing their MAGA hats (ick). While it is good to try new things, but I won't go back.

My room was very average. The carpet was torn near the bathroom. The air conditioning filter was covered in dust. There was a barking dog next to my room. I called the front desk. They said they would send security, but, apparently they never sent anyone because I woke up to the barking dog in the morning. I also smelled marijuana every time I went to my room throughout the hallway.
