Wow. The view. Being able to lounge and relax looking at the beautiful water. Heated pool was great. We felt so lucky to have found this place. I liked the numbered parking spot and having a bar and restaurant right there. Our room was nice and comfortable beds. I like how they are earth conscious. The grounds were well maintained. The location was great.

The property needs maintenance, quite run down. Rooms very impractical, no closet space, no space in bathroom to keep things there. Terrible allergies whenever entering the room. No bathroom ventilation.
I like the grounds of the property. Did not like the drive from my location to the main hotel and breakfast was very sad.

Hot water, spacious, but right on the one and only highway. Extremely loud traffic. Staff could have been a bit more polite but it was Spring Break. Our canal view room floors were filthy…we put on white socks and they turned black. We requested they clean the floor while we were there and they did. The sunning beach area (small) was full of smelly sargassum which obviously nothing the property could do about it besides remove it. We didn’t see anyone removing it. We ate at Florida Boy restaurant on site but were pretty disappointed in the food. The continental breakfast didn’t offer much options.

Breakfast was good, staff was nice, and the place was quiet for the most part.
I booked through Orbitz only to have the hotel call and say Orbitz oversold the rooms. While I was frantically searching for another hotel Lime Tree called me back advising they were able to release an upgraded, non Orbitz room to me at the same price Orbitz quoted. This room was beautiful, the staff was great, the free breakfast tasted and amenities worthy of a much more expensive resort.
