DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!! Our room FLOODED in the middle of the day and we only realized when we came upstairs to put our baby to nap. The hotel manager was not only unhelpful, but also unbelievably rude. They moved us to the "penthouse suite" which was 5 doors down from the ocean front room we already had and had a worse view and one extra bedroom and claimed this was a huge concession on their part. The manager refused to do anything more than refund us the resort fee, which was approx $250 and did not even cover one night... our clothes and shoes were ruined, my daughter slipped and fell while walking into the room, and all the manager could muster was that this happens and he cannot control things like this. No effort to make things right and he refused to even give me a phone number for someone else in charge. Then, the water in the entire hotel stopped working and we and all other guests were left without water to shower, flush toilets, etc for over 12 hours. The manager was nowhere to be found in the evening and the next day he lied to our face that he was at the front desk and again refused to do anything other than offer a parking voucher. The hotel manager should frankly be fired today. I can’t comprehend how a hotel could employ such an idiotic and most importantly rude employee. I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY SORT OF RESPECT.

Place can use alot of things

Only thing I didn’t like was I requested a 2 bathroom suite and I didn’t get it. She said it had 2 bathrooms and I get to the room and it didn’t other than that the place was really clean

Service was poor room was dated

They are doing extensive renovations so some bars and restaurants were closed. Even with this temporary situation, it still is a wonderful place to stay.

They are doing extensive renovations so some bars and restaurants were closed. Even with this temporary situation, it still is a wonderful place to stay.

We do appreciate you bringing your concerns to the attention of our onsite team for follow up and are truly sorry to know you felt their efforts to rectify on the matter by waiving the resort fee for your stay and also offering apologies and suggesting that an engineer inspects the A/C unit in follow up did not prove sufficient in outweighing your disappointment.
