Trust the negative reviews and take your money elsewhere. I had a four night stay. Beautiful hotel at first glance but absolutely horrible service, miserable unresponsive staff, dirty unkept rooms with mildew in shower, bedroom furniture that is run down, paper thin walls and a condescending management team. There are plenty of hotels in Miami with better amenities and service for a fraction of the cost…Save yourself the frustration.
I had the worst stay ever !!we went for vacation 4 days but couldn’t relax because of the noise was so loud. Stuff is unprofessional I would not recommend at all. Also , after checking out they make you make some extra charges not even telling you everything.Over all very bad experience and stuff is unprofessional!!!

I had high hopes for this property…sadly it fell short of our expectations. The hotel itself is lovely - cool Miami chic decor. First, the check-in area was too tight and it didn’t take too many guests to make it feel quickly overcrowded. The staff was hit or miss. Some were extra attentive while others indifferent and sometimes seemed to be annoyed working there. The rooftop adult pool was nice but upon closer inspection - grossly murky from all the patrons in the pool…ick. The filtration system def needed an upgrade. Beware…the astroturf on the roof deck can get scorchingly hot - caused some minor burns on the bottom of our feet on our first day. The main pool on the 3rd floor was a better option. The wooden chips to get on and off the elevators and access to our rooms were annoying. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable but there weren’t enough drawers in the room to unpack our clothes so we ended up leaving most of our clothes in our suitcase. The biggest fail for this property was the loud noisy air conditioning system. It kept waking us up at night every time it turned on. I really wanted to love this hotel…the Audi e-tron house car was a nice touch - one of few amenities I thought was definitely a positive along with their top notch gym Anatomy . Again, I really wanted to love this hotel - maybe things will change down the road?
