I was in room 608 and it was too humid inside the door do not have a gap seal and all the hot air from the ac tower come back in the room. I won't be a customer again, but it is still a good hotel.

I liked that it was in Cancun not the resort area . It was by the mall and grocery stores and was easy to get around by bus and taxi.
Staff was responsive and friendly. Room was comfy and clean.
I liked the attention of the workers, especially those of the restaurants service. And What I did not like was that they did not have good attention in the change of the bath towels, bed sheets.
The pool, restaurant and lobby coffe cafe were great. Room was basic but comfortable.
The employees there go out of their way to make your stay special specialy Ana at the reception desk. Their breakfast bufett has a lot of good options and the waiters specialy Brandon, Brenda and Rosalia make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your breakfast

Nice hotel that is close to the beach. We over the pool and rest area, I highly recommend.
We made a quick reservation through Orbitz from the airport when they cancelled our flight. Price was incredibly cheap compared to other resort from the Hotel Zone. Expected for a hotel not in front of the beach. Room was clean. But there was a smell coming out of the bathroom we thought it was possibly coming from the shower drain hole. The AC never went below 26°C(78.8°F) there was 4 of us and it was hot. We called the front desk and they promptly came to adjust it but it never cooled down.
